Suttons Bay, Michigan – Leelanau Peninsula
Date: 9/23/2009 12:46:47 AM Category: Michigan

Twenty minutes north of Traverse City along Grand Traverse Bay is Suttons Bay, Michigan.  The downtown area is small, but offers shopping, dining, art, and antiques.  There is also a beach, park and a boat launch on the bay just east of the main drag.  In addition, the Leelanau Peninsula boasts many wonderful wineries, vineyards, and cellars worth visiting.
