Robert Mondavi Winery – Oakville, California
Date: 7/14/2009 3:33:46 AM Category: California

As you approach the Robert Mondavi Winery you are greeted with their signature archway and tower that is illustrated on their label. Your visit should be as rewarding as ours with their beautiful grounds, surroundings of bountiful vineyards, collection of fine artwork, educational guided tours and wine tastings. A wine tasting, which costs $15 or $25 for three tastings, depending on the menu you choose, also includes your wine glass as a souvenir. Life is just full of surprises!  I enjoyed walking their grounds and browsing the gift shop while sipping my wine, but by all means saddle up and knock 'em back. Who's judging you anyway?

The Robert Mondavi Winery is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.  It is located at 7801 St. Helena Hwy. (Hwy 29) Oakville, CA 94562
